anti virus program

Hi everybody, Could someone recommend an anti virus program. I install the free 12 months trial of Beta EZ anti virus software, but this caused problems when loading , as it constantly said that the side bar was corrupt, and the computer just hung,
What are use guys using that gave no probs

Can anyone suggest a antivirus program? I use and like very much NOD32 from ESET. But it is not working with Vista. Maybe it will in the future (I am checking on that now). But in the mean time,,, Is there a good free app out there that works with vista? Thanks -- peace be with you

Avast Home Edition 4.7 works very well with Vista and is free.

I second that, Ghost.
I tried the one referenced on the Microsoft site (Trend) and had no end of problems. I then did what I should have done (as a paying CA customer) and rang to find out where they were up to. Their product works fine.
